Galfer Shark Evo 2 mm MTB 6-bolt brake rotor, available in 180 mm and 223 mm. Two-piece construction: steel braking track on an aluminium carrier (spider), for lower weight and better heat dissipation.
Compatible with organic and sintered (metallic) pads. Use: all-mountain, cross-country, downhill, enduro and MTB. Compatible brakes: Fritté, Organique, Semi-métallique. The rotor size must be approved by the frame and fork manufacturers, with the caliper fitted using the matching adapter. Mounting bolts not included. Tighten in a cross pattern to the specified torque, with threadlocker if the manufacturer recommends it.
Before the first ride, degrease the rotor (isopropyl alcohol) and bed it in: about twenty progressive stops to a standstill. Replace the rotor once it reaches the minimum thickness engraved on it.
